Appointment changes and cancellations
Rescheduling an Appointment
If you wish to CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE your Appointment, you may do so within 24 HOURS through the sent EMAIL CONFIRMATION, or by contacting +966552055048 . In case of cancellation is attempted within the time period specified. the Amount is Converted in Credits that expires within 30 Days counting from the cancelation date. No Show results in Cancelation.
You may only reschedule your Appointment within 24 HOURS. You should review and understand the Cancellation Policy before confirming your appointment on the Barbero.sa .Please note that your ability to reschedule your Appointment will be subject to the Barber’s availability during the time you wish to reschedule.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your Appointment, you may do so within 24 HOURS through Barbero.sa , or by contacting +966552055048 .
No Cash refund will be given where a cancellation is attempted within the time period specified in the Cancellation Policy, the Amount is Converted to Credits with 30 days expiration.
No Show
Results in Cancelation.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you use our services to book an appointment
When you create a Barbero account using any of our Services, we may collect your:

mobile phone number(s),

your photo, if uploaded (optional).

If you choose to use your Google, Facebook, or Apple account to sign into Barbero, we will get an access token that enables this sign-in process (granting us access to your first and last name, email, user ID and (apart from Apple) your profile photo).

We assign unique user IDs or other account-level IDs to your Barbero account.
As you use your account, we may collect information about your:

purchase history, including product orders or appointment bookings, or voucher purchase and use;

favourites (e.g. your favourite salon or gym);

We may also collect information, if you provide it, about your preferences, referrals, or how you found out about our Services, or other user generated content (e.g. profile photo, reviews).

All data we capture is stored in secured databases and data storage systems with strict access limitations. All data access requests are logged and monitored in accordance with any threat detection policies.

Payment processing
Payments made on our Services are made through our payment gateway provider, TAP PAYMENTS , (“Tap Payments”). You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to Tap Payments, which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorising payment. Barber can view pseudonymized cardholder and card details. In addition, Barbero Bookings the following card information:
